Fantastic Experience!
I wish I’d found Terra Sur MONTHS before I finally did. Our family of 5 spent five weeks all over Ecuador, and while I originally came to them for help planning our Galapagos portion, they ended up being a priceless assets for the ENTIRETY of our trip. From my first call with Angelica (who is one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet) until the day we left the country, their team went above and beyond to help with any and every question we had. Within a day of giving Angelica our budget and desires for our Galapagos trip she had a full itinerary ready for my approval, and it actually fit perfectly within the budget I gave her!! Every tour and lodging they booked for us was fantastic, it was so nice to let go and know someone else had our backs with ANYTHING we might need. The little touches like welcome gifts, surprise sweets, and even personal notes along the way really elevated the experience as well. I will absolutely be using Terra Sur for any South American travel we do in the future!! Best time in Ecuador!
We met Angelica, Christian and Julio in the beginning of october in Quito. As it was our first time in south america we were kind of lost with planning and figuring out our trips there. Terra Sur Travels was our rescue and helped us deciding and planning our trips! We met Angelica and Chrisitan several times and we always had a lot of fun!
